Sweet and Sour Swordfish Steak. I had some slices of malasugi, swordfish steak that have been lying in the ref for some time now. It was not cooked immediately for the reason that I could not decide how to cook the swordfish steaks. I usually like malasugi cook asTinowa a Visayan soup of boiled fish in lemongrass. The truth is I have already made tinowa half of the fish. I just can’t resist
